1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sathkara, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to donate or create a fundraiser. Organizers must provide accurate information about themselves and their cause.

3. Fundraisers & Campaigns

Campaigns are reviewed before they are published. Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their campaign, the use of funds raised, and any commitments made to donors. Sathkara may decline, suspend, or remove any campaign that violates these terms.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to a chosen campaign. Once a donation is completed it is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a campaign is found to be fraudulent. Donors are responsible for verifying the campaigns they support.

5. Fees

Any platform or payment-processing fees applicable to a transaction will be disclosed before you confirm a donation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Sathkara for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including misrepresenting a cause, laundering funds, or infringing the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sathkara facilitates connections between donors and organizers. We do not guarantee that any campaign will achieve its goal or that funds will be used as described, and we are not liable for the conduct of any user.

8. Changes & Contact
